I got is at an art store near where I live (not really, but close enough) its called opus supplies. If you live in Canada, I believe you can order them online too.

I heard the colors show up nice but they bleed a lot so put paper on the other side. Too bad ;n; from a 80 pages sketchbook now I can only use 40 pages ;n;
